I found a home I never expected to encounter. When EWF was released, I was just curious and gave it a listen but until I discovered OUR, how amazing their live vocals are, dance choreography, and stage stage presence, I decided to stan them. Now that it's almost been 2 years, I am happy with my decision. I am grateful for every member of BND that inspire and who I spent my youth a lot. To Sungho, who inspire me to be responsible and mature, Riwoo, who is an introvert and like to make pun jokes with friends that I also do to my friends, and how creative he is with his nail design and never fail to appreciate the love of onedoors, Jaehyun, who became my human example on how to live life with kindness, Taesan, who inspires me to express my youth and childish style a lot, and Woonhak, who inspire me to be joyful with everything that I do and that it's ok to show a tantrumish side. I am thankful that I met them, I am thankful that I am a onedoor, and I'm looking forward to spending my 400 years with them.

here was my heartfelt prose for bonedo when i was worried about not seeing them for their FIVB performance (i saw them live there!) “my first heartbreak happened when i was not the least aware of it; when i turned a blind eye on your beauty and light, leaving you out, as if you were just a speck of dust, accidentally touching my skin–your attempt to enter my life. my second heartbreak was when i already knew you although it was painfully too late; the memories you left were the only thing i have been desperately clinging to, begging you to come back, my heart pulsing, calling out for your return. my third heartbreak was an almost; thankfully short lived. it was when i thought i made another wrong decision of losing you, tears forming and my chest started hurting because i couldn’t miss any more chances of missing out on you. you were almost my totga, my multo, a lost love… not until i hear continuous knocks on my door, not until that same speck of dust returned, touching my skin once again. now, i know your value, now i acknowledge your beauty. now i am here, with welcoming arms, beaming with joy. now i can finally sigh in utmost relief, as days pass by and september 12 draws near. you were almost my totga, boynextdoor. fate has once again sided with me, as it opens a path for me to reach you. chen.” for context: the first heartbreak was when i stumbled on their group and tried getting into them but i initially didn’t feel any spark from them yet. second heartbreak was when they held a concert here that i wasn’t aware of. third heartbreak was only for a short while, this was when i thought i wasn’t going to see them for fivb when i’ve already gone to extreme lengths (sacrificing a bit of my health) just to buy tickets. everything was so so so so worth it. boynextdoor will always be so worth it.

To 🐶 Our leader namin. Thank you for carrying all 6 of you so gently, and for the way you listen first before you speak. You make “being responsible” look soft, not heavy. Because of you, I learned it’s okay to lead even when I’m scared. Sana alam mo how much peace your voice gives. Even your ridiculous laughs make my day a little brighter. To 🐱 Our sunshine. Your laugh is so loud it feels like a hug. You turn bad days into “tara, tawanan na lang natin.” Thank you for being chaotic and sincere at the same time. You remind me that joy is allowed, even on hard days. You’re like a mother figure to me and to the boys. It makes me think sometimes nga you literally have 5 children to take care of in the group haha. To 🦦 Our calm. Your quiet strength hits different. The way you take care without making a big deal out of it. You taught me that not everything needs to be loud to matter. Thank you for being steady. For being safe. Thank you din for influencing me with your stupid dad jokes 🥹 To 🐈‍⬛ The heart. Your voice cracked something open in me. When I was at my lowest, your songs were the reason I stayed up to hear one more chorus. Alam ka ba nga ikaw yung favorite vocal ko? You sing like you mean it, and I feel it every time. Thank you for putting feelings into words I couldn’t say. Please never stop smiling. It makes me happy when you are too. To 🐟 Our bright one. To my ult bias, there are so many things I want to say. You’re proof that it’s okay to grow in public. From pre-debut to now, watching you try, fail, and try again made me brave too. Thank you for the effort, for the honesty, for the “kaya natin to” energy. I’m so proud of you, always. I love you to the bottom of my heart. Your smile genuinely makes my heart melt. I’m not sure whether it was fate that we are called by the same nickname ‘hannie’, but I certainly like to believe it was. To ⛄ Baby but not really a baby anymore 😕 You grew up with us watching. Your energy reminds me to be curious again. To play again. Thank you for making me feel like it’s okay to still be learning. Don’t ever lose that spark. I love you so much, our unagi. You’re growing up too fastt. To 🏠🚪💙 I never knew I could love a group this much since my first ult. I wasn’t really looking forward to getting to know other groups since then, and then suddenly September 2023. Random day. Grade 6. I was ready to give up. Then you happened. I knew you boys since pre-debut, but I’m glad I finally stayed. I only wish I did earlier. You didn’t just give me music, you gave me a reason to see tomorrow, to dance in my room again, to believe I could finish school and meet you one day. I watched Manila from videos and cried last year. I wished to be a part of that crowd one day. Now I’m manifesting for another moment like that for KNOCK ON Vol. 2 in Manila. One night where we’re all in one room, singing the same words. Where I can finally say thank you in person. Actually 2026 has been a really difficult year for me ☹️ Stress is real. I’ve been crying lately, even at school I couldn’t hold back my tears. There was nothing really wrong in my life yet it feels so heavy pa. There was a moment when I felt like I hit rock bottom, even thinking about giving up on everything I’ve ever loved. But then BOYNEXTDOOR always showed up on my FYP, a soft light in the dark, and healed a part of my soul. I realized they are not only incredibly talented but also genuinely so kind-hearted despite all the hate trains and challenges they encountered in their lives. They always bring positive energy and laughter to those around them. I really look up to that. I’m trying to convince myself I’ll get through this year, and I think that’s very possible when I have 6 shining stars in my life. Thank you for letting us into your world through FUNNEXTDOOR and WHAT? DOOR!. It’s not just the games or the challenges that make us smile, it’s seeing how comfortable you are with each other. The way you tease, care for, and hype each other up feels like hanging out with friends in your living room. Please keep being yourselves. We love you for the loud laughs, the small moments, and all the in-between. We’ll be here cheering for every episode and every comeback of your journey. There are so many things I want to say. You boys never held back from showing WHO? you are. It made me ask myself WHY... did it take me so long to finally stan? No matter HOW! many lifetimes it will take, I genuinely believe I’ll find my way to you boys. Growing up myself felt like 19.99, confusing and too fast, but you were there. Your NO GENRE concept pulled me into the fandom even more. You don’t fit in one box. You taught me I don’t have to either. You boys showed me THE ACTION of choosing myself, of being real even when it’s hard. And I’m proud enough to say you boys are my HOME, not a house, but a group that feels like a warm hug. I never really believed in the phrase "music has a way of finding you even in the darkest places" but now I live up to it with my all time favorite song "so let's go see the stars" sang by my familynextdoor. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING APART OF MY YOUTH SARANGHAYEO BONEDO🥺🏠💙 Thank you for saving me without knowing. Laging proud. Laging nandito. Your ONEDOOR, Nina. Dear Jaehyun, My Dear Sungho, Dear Riwoo, Dear Taesan, My Dearest Leehan, Dear Woonhak, To My Dear BOYNEXTDOOR 💙 3 years and still counting 🥺 H.M. My greatest thanks to HOME 06070, LEIGNE and YUNO HAN for giving me the opportunity to express my feelings that I’ve kept in for so long. It’s been really difficult lately naman eh 😓 I hope this message will touch your hearts as much as BOYNEXTDOOR touched ours 💙 (I cried writing this HAHAHHA OA NAMAN 😭)
